The final battle with Avi-Ru, Jye-Ren and Val-Ah. The three bosses start at 130 morale so they have early access to their strongest attack. As there are no grunts in this stage, the only way to win would be to send out units that can raise morale on their own or have very high damaging weapons which do not require morale. After beating all 3, they revive again and they have to be beaten one more time in order to complete the stage and the game.
