Although he's got some pretty nice resistances being immune to status changes as well as resisting both physical and magical attacks but his damage is pretty bad. The two dragon time cards he spawns barely do anything and he himself only hits one character at a time most of the time. He can take a beating but can't really dish anything out that's really all that threatening.
